This is the day that the Lord hath made. Let us rejoice and be glad therein!

Outside is rain and gray sky, but inside our hearts we can have sunshine and joy as we open our gift of a new year today. Many of us make resolutions at the dawn of a new year. Do you? The best one I can think of is to make the RESOLVE to do IT--what ever IT is.

Personally this year I resolve to be outrageously joyful. Joy, you know, is different from happiness, which is dependent on our circumstances. Joy doesn't depend on whether we have enough money, enough health, enough friends or any of the other stuff. Joy comes from the inside and it comes from the Holy Spirit's work in our lives.

So again I wish you enough grace to fulfill all your needs and that your Joy might be full! Happy New Year!
